KG Bell Construction Inc.
Producing high–end new homes and remodels between San Francisco and Pebble Beach. Owner Ken Bell has been working in Atherton and Woodside for over 29 years, 20 of which were spent as a superintendent for a well–known builder on the Peninsula. In 2001, Ken Bell founded his own firm KG Bell Construction Inc.
KG Bell’s team has a diverse background with years of experience in all areas of construction. KG Bell Construction offers a complete and sophisticated approach that will surpass your every expectation. Every project we undertake is benefited by our dedication to uncompromising craftsmanship.
Recently, KG Bell has completed the restoration of a home in Atherton originally designed by Willis Polk. This project included the construction of a fifteen hundred square foot detached garage to complement the (4900sq. ft) house.

Project Delivery
Our projects start with a preliminary schedule that will tie directly to the current budget so a client will know where the project stands from either perspective cost to date or time remaining to complete. Projects are handed over with a completed owners manual and warranted for one year.
